Shipping
Orders are processed within 2-4 days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Shipping within Sweden and EU have standardized shipping rates. For shippings outside these areas, an extra shipping charge will apply. The shipping rates can vary and will therefore be calculated at checkout.
We are happy to offer international shipping all over the world. If your country is not listed and accessible on the drop down menu, please contact us at contact@gatesthlm.com to arrange a shipment.
Please note: for international orders, GATE must declare the full value on customs forms. Any duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. For more local information, please check with your local post office.

For our local customers we're offering pickup by appointment. Choose this option at checkout, and we’ll contact you to schedule a time once your order is ready.

Returns
As a small business offering one-of-a-kind, vintage pieces, we can not accept return of the garments. We understand online shopping can be hard, so don't hesitate in contacting us at contact@gatesthlm.com with following questions or book an appointment to meet in Stockholm before purchase.
If you experience any issue, as incorrect details or damages, please contact us at contact@gatesthlm.com within 7 days of your purchase, and we'll find a solution together.
